Digital Journalism


A kind of boring choice, yet I am not very fond of Digital Media. I am choosing just a generic Digital Journalism website that most people prefere before buying a newspaper, or even watching TV News. They are not that great either, besides, you can read an entire newspaper from this website as well.

Honestly, I don't remember how did I found this site. It's like common knowledge, if we take into account that it belongs to one of the most important association of companies(related to journalism) in our country.

I often visit the site to get a quick summary of all the news I need to know about of economy, the world, technology. However, I don't like digital media that much. People tend to believe that it provides a mass distribution of information and all they need to know about the everyday events. Nevertheless, it brings mostly scattered pieces of information, not a polished work of journalism.

Like in all the press, people are given biased viewpoints, and the primary aim of our career is not successfully achieved. Digital Journalism is making a substantial contribution to communications, yet it suffers from significant flaws, regarding misinformation. That's what happens when information is sold like regular merchandise, and so we should start worrying about this situation.

    I visit emol.com when I need a quick summary of the silly things that can be questioned in the stupid "actuality tests".
    I have the same opinion about digital medias. They're so dumb and incomplete. At the end, people think that reading those shorts stories, they're going to be informed. That is a baaaaad thing
    Well, maybe we will change the world some day :)

    But emol is good. And they are always inviting people to avant premieres or diferent events and creating contests. There`s one now about digital art. That`s why I like it.
